Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Our neighborhood Spring Oaks has used this company for many projects and been pleased. Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. It truly was a pleasure dealing with this company. It's refreshing to see there are some plumbers out there who understand true customer service. They took care of my toilet leak promptly and gave me suggestions on how to prevent similar problems in the future. They were here when they said they'd be here, the technician was courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad I used an experienced company that is licensed rather than a handyman who was referred to me.
